Mirror Practice · San Diego

What if the person you’ve been avoiding is you?

Somewhere along the way you learned how to achieve, adapt, and hold everything together, and lost touch with yourself in the process. Inner Applause is the way back.

Meet Anette

Give yourself the stage.

Anette Michelle has spent her life in front of rooms, and years learning what it takes to stand honestly in front of herself.

Inner Applause is built on reflective self-awareness and embodied practice. She’s done the research and the work, so the practice you’re handed is one that has already been lived.

The Mirror Philosophy

The mirror represents honesty, awareness, and stillness.

Not affirmations. Not standing in front of a mirror telling yourself you're beautiful. Mirror Practice is rooted in slowing down, becoming aware of what's happening within you, and creating enough space to hear yourself more clearly.

Inner Applause is about slowing down enough to hear yourself beneath all the noise.

Giving Back

Giving Back Is Part
of the Mission

Giving back is at the heart of Inner Applause. As Anette creates new experiences, she partners with charities that are close to her heart. Miracle Babies San Diego was the very first, and the giving will continue.

Liam, a Miracle Babies NICU graduate, at the Superhero 5K

Liam, born at 23 weeks and 1lb 5.9oz, spent 130 days in the NICU. Now a silly, strong 10 year old, he continues to support Miracle Babies.

The past can explain where you've been.

The present decides what happens next.

See yourself. Hear yourself. Choose what comes next.

Come home to yourself.
Then decide what's next.
